Meditation Classes in Llanidloes
The next meditation class with Lama Rabsang is on Sunday 21st September at 3pm until 4:30pm
He will teach, and discuss, simple yet profound techniques of meditation to quieten the mind.
The classes will be held in the Reading Room, The Town Hall, Great Oak Street, Llanidloes, Powys SY18 6BN
If you would like to sit on the floor bring a cushion or blanket.
Cost: £5 (Donated to Lama's Centre in Cardiff after room rental is paid)
